How old are they?
What brand of food are they eating?
Have they been vaccinated for Rabies or Distemper in the past 12 months?
Do they have any bad habits, like biting or chewing blankets?
Do they have any health issues or take any medication?
Describe any other animals in the home. Are they current on vaccinations?
Is there anything else we should know?
